Sockcardigan
This pattern has been in my head for a long time. I used to have a similar cardigan and this one doesn’t fit me anymore. It was a bought cardigan that was made by machine.
This pattern looks similar from a distance, not close up.
It is a short cardigan, fitted and just perfect for layering over a dress / shirt.
The pattern is knitted bottom-up, worked in the round.
The sleeves are worked separately and joined later with the body, then we move on to the raglan.
I thought it would be fun to design a cardigan with sock wool.
You can plan the colors in advance or get started with leftovers / scrappy yarn.
I hope you have fun knitting this cardigan!
