…these socks were inspired by my passion to coffee -CAPPUCCINO…
I take my knitting with me when I travel. That time I didn’t have any newly started knitting projects, so I threw the knitting needles and beautiful, hand-dyed yarn into the handbag. They were either light cocoa or sand-colored threads by Apmezga. After walking around Copenhagen’s old town, I went to one of my favourite cafes where I started knitting while drinking cappuccino coffee. The color of the yarn and the coffee matched each other very well and that’s how the name of the socks came about..

The sock cuff is high and at the end decorated with bubbles and Knitted Pintuck

These socks have elegant cables running down the front of the sock from the top of the leg to the start of the toe.

The sizes are 60, 64, 68, 72sts

Notions: stitch markers, tapestry needle, and cable needle.

Any fingering weight sock yarn will do but the best ones for these socks are solid, tonal, or lightly speckled.
Variegated yarns could obscure the cables.

The sample socks were knit using Apmezga hand dyed yarn for socks Ursa Major Mirror Line
