Socktastic Beanie
This pattern is a simple knit beanie that starts with a contrasting color and basic 4x4 ribbing. The pattern includes sizes for small (20-21” heads), regular (21”-22”), and large (22”-23”) heads.
Guage was not critical to this pattern as you can always use the smaller or larger sizes if some size change is necessary.
I used a small kestrel of contrasting yarn (~80 yards) for the hat brim and then switched to Koigu sock yarn (150-175 yards) for the remainder of the hat. But you can easily use just the koigu or some other type of sock yarn to make this hat.
