This design was made in an effort to recreate the natural beauty of the Bahamian Islands as experienced on a 3 month long sailing trip I took with my husband several years ago. Experiencing the raw, natural beauty of the Bahamas is one I hope to repeat someday, but in the meantime, I will be reminded of the sea green waters, clear blue skies, sandy beach line and wonderful happy memories when I see and use this blanket.
