6 different hat sizes included in the pattern:

 -Adult Slouchy
 -Adult Fitted Beanie (also fits some older children)
 -Child
 -Baby
 -Newborn
 -Preemie

Crochet Level: intermediate

I use Red Heart Soft Essentials yarn (bulky weight #5) for these hats - a similar bulky weight yarn is recommended. Using thinner yarn would result in a smaller hat size.
