Needles: 4mm / US 6 needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round.
Always use a needle/hook size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.

Gauge: 20 sts & 48 rows = 10cm / 4” over half fisherman’s rib pattern in the round on 4 mm needles after blocking.

Pattern Information: Soft Focus is worked in the round from the bottom up in Half-Fisherman’s Rib stitch, alternating two colours of Garland. The hat is worked from the wrong side facing throughout, beginning with the brim. Once the brim is complete, the hat is turned to the opposite side to work the body and crown.
