This top is slightly high-necked, and comes down to the top of high-waisted jeans. It features an open back.

The size is measured based on your bra band size, but depending on your individual needs, I recommend that you customize as you go for a more ideal fit. Fortunately the pattern is quite straightforward and allows for easy adaptation.
