There is the size chart where you can see how to measure your hand and choose your size.
The original yarn is 100% merino wool 500m/100g (547 yds/ 3.52 oz). I used 2.7 mm hook, but you can use 2.5 or 3 mm - it depends of your crochet style.
Gauge - 26 stitches * 12 rows.
You will need up to 70 g (2.5 oz) - for size S I used 50 g (1.76 oz) of this yarn.

The pattern is easy to understand but you will need a basic knowledge of crochet - it’s made for beginners, but not for a first crochet work.
