Softball Strikes Afghan
The finished Softball Strikes Afghan is very large: 40.5 x50 inches!
Crochet level: intermediate/expert.
The square-shaped softball motifs are intricately designed. Great care was taken to ensure there is a “good side” and “better side” to the afghan; meaning the backside of the afghan also has a finished appearance. 6 different stitches are used in making this one-of-kind afghan. You will need an I hook and a yarn needle along with 3 different yarn colors (in addition you will need yellow and red yarn colors for the softballs). The photographed afghan used black, red and white team colors (local high school colors) for this originally designed softball pattern.
Because it is a granny square design, the total size of the afghan can be smaller or bigger depending on how many squares are used.
