The Softly Fade Away cowl takes your favorite gradient set and uses a contrasting color to blend it all together nicely. It was inspired by a Cape Cod sunset where the orange sun faded beautifully into the purple sea. The pattern uses fingering weight yarn and allows each color to stand on its own a bit while being part of the overall design. It has a lovely drape and is a soft, light weight cowl. Gauge isn’t critical. I used a gradient set from @MissBabs Yarn from my LYS, Fibre Space in Alexandria VA.
