Solah Doily
Solah means sixteen in many Indian languages. The sixteen-pointed doily uses two or more colours which makes the pattern for each round pop! The sample is made with fingering weight yarn and with a finished size of about 18 cms (7”).
Using a different yarn and appropriate hook will give you a bigger or smaller doily as preferred. So the final pattern could be used as a motif, tree decoration, coaster, doily, added to a dream catcher or even as a floor mat.
