Purl bumps against the bottom of your foot getting you down? These comfy socks feel smooth and comfortable wearing all the time! Worked top down, these socks are quick and easy to do and a great way to show off hand painted yarns.

For the perfect fit, measure around the widest part of the foot for the circumference, then choose the size slightly smaller than that measurement (if your foot is 7.5” around, make the 7” size). Then measure the bottom of the foot, from heel to longest toe, to determine the foot length.

This pattern was written with a 5.5” leg length but it can be made shorter or longer; keep in mind, if you make it longer you may need an additional skein of yarn.
