Aran Hat

Inspired by the nature and particularly the Sun.
Soliculus is the Latin name for Sun.
Let the Sunshine in…your needles and your head with this yellow ( mustard!!) hat in an aran weight yarn.
And add you own personal touch with a matching Pompon !!!

Material:
Yarn: Any Aran 1 skein 70% baby alpaga and 30 % Mulberry silk (166/ 100g) Aran weight ( I used 1 skein Aran yarn from Rose et balles de laine)
Circular needles 4 mm (20 or 30 cm)
Circular needles 5 mm ( 20 or 30 cm)
DPN needles 4 mm (15 cm or 20 cm)
Tapestry needle
1 stitches marker

Gauge:
10 cm x 10 cm = 18 sts x 24 rows with 5 mm needles
Level:
Medium / this pattern is easy to follow and a good exercise for beginners who want to improve their knits.
