This is a crochet pattern to Solid Granny that is different from a regular Granny Square as it is crocheted as a solid piece of fabric. There are no holes and no gaps in this square.
It starts from the centre and goes up till you want the increases.
Smaller Granny Squares can be joined together as a blanket or cushions.
The bigger you make it, your cushion or blanket can be in one piece only.
Solid Granny Squares also give you a choice of stitching appliques on it, which looks even more prettier.
