I love hats with great textures and this was so simple as a beginner teaching myself to knit! It is a fun variation and very easy to create these faux cables, great for getting the hang of switching simple stitches with one special left twist knit stitch repeated.

Yarn - less than one skein, Size 6 Super Bulky
Needles - 9mm, 16″ circular
