• A lovely textured yoke, coupled with a unique neckline are the elements that define the fit & drape of this top-down sweater. The construction is modular, picking up stitches from the back yoke to work the front, and picking up stitches from the drop shoulder to work the sleeves. The textured stitchery at the yoke is repeated along the side panels, and also at the sleeve cuffs & sweater bottom. An optional split hem at the bottom adds to the casual finish & fit of the sweater. Directions are included to make both the pullover & cardigan versions of this sweater, adding to its versatility. This sweater design benefits from yarns that have a bit of inherent drape to them, making it a great fit for wool blends & superwash wools. The fit is best a bit oversized – go with a finished measurement with at least 3-4” of ease relative to your bust size.
