Generous-sized DK scarf with a simple matching tie-top hat, both knitted with a subtle moss stitch pattern.
The set was designed to match the Somerville jumper that appeared in The Knitter Issue 120.

The scarf is 164cm/65ins long and 28cn/11ins wide, and the hat is 53cm/21ins circumference, 28cm/11ins long.
Neither piece has any shaping - the hat can be tied with simple twisted yarn ties at the top.
Charts for the moss st pattern are provided.

The scarf uses 250g of Erika Knight’s gorgeously soft British Blue 100 yarn, and the hat uses 80g.
