This pattern runs quite big in the size, and the armhole is deep. I therefore recommend being extra aware of gauge (especially row gauge), and using these measurements to guide your choice of size.

Chest measurement of finished garment:
0-3 months: 46 cm.
3-6 months: 52 cm.
1 year: 58 cm.
2-3 years: 62 cm.
4-5 years: 66 cm.
6-7 years: 72 cm.
8-9 years: 78 cm

If you want the armhole less deep, you can do the body separation before the ruffles on the sleeves and knit them on afterwards. This will not affect the finished chest measurement.
