soothing stitches
Part of the comforting cowls collection.
All the knits in the collection are designed to be soothing and help use up stash.
This one is particularly soothing as it’s mostly just knit stitches with a few purl and slipped stitches thrown in for interest.
- works well with a striping or variegated yarn used as the contrast yarn.
- you only need about 150m of main colour and 50m of contrast.
Stitch counts for fingering - worsted weight (16, 18 or 20 sts )
Instructions are written and charted - so you can choose what you like best - 3 edging options are provided: rib, seed stitch, and stockinette turned under and stitched in place.
