Such a sweet and girly set. Traditional and trendy. Soft and sweet. Named for the stitch pattern that looks like a crown and my daughter’s love of Sophia the First.

It is knit flat. I used rowan kidsilk haze and knitpicks aloft.

This pattern is worked with lace weight mohair (0) and a size 7 (4.5mm) needles.

Stitches: knit, purl, yarn over, cast on, knit 2 tog, ssk, m1
