I wanted both the comfort and warmth of leg-warmers but the fashion of a cute slouchy boot cuff. So I made this in order to have both! A slim ankle cuff increases to a slouchy leg section to add warmth without constricting the leg, and when you’re indoors you can simply bunch it up around your ankle for a fashionable pop of color and texture!
