The Sorcerer’s Socks are knit from the cuff down and are constructed with a heel flap and gusset. There are cables on the front of the leg and the instep section.
The backside of the leg is knit in moss stitch.

Yarn: light fingering to fingering weight sock yarn in lavender (425m/100g)

Used for the socks in the example is the 4ply sock yarn by Opal in the color 5186.

Approx. amount: 55-75 g (230-320m) depending on size and foot length

Needles: DPNS or a circular needle in 2.5mm

Sizes (measured at the widest foot circumference):

S: 17,5 cm, stretches to 20,5 cm (8 in) (56 sts)
M: 20 cm, stretches to 23 cm (9 in) (64 sts)
L: 23 cm, stretches to 26 cm (10.2 in) (72 sts)

The length of the foot and leg can be adjusted individually.

Die Sorcerer’s Socks werden vom Bündchen aus und mit einer klassischen Ferse (Fersenwand und Käppchen) gestrickt. Auf der Beinvorderseite/Fußoberseite wird ein Zopfmuster gestrickt, die Beinrückseite wird im Perlmuster gestrickt. Die Zopfmuster auf der linken und rechten Socke sind gespiegelt zueinander.

Garn: 4-facher Sockengarn in Flieder (425m/100g). Für die Beispielsocken wurde der 4-fache Sockengarn von Opal verwendet (Farbe: 5186).

Benötigte Menge: 55-75 g, je nach Größe und Fußlänge

Maschenprobe: 30 M und 42 Reihen = 10 x 10cm (glatt rechts gestrickt)

Nadeln: Ein Nadelspiel oder eine Rundstricknadel in 2.5mm

Größen (gemessen am Fußumfang):

S: 17,5 cm, dehnt sich bis zu 20,5cm (56 M)
M: 20 cm, dehnt sich bis zu 23cm (64 M)
L: 23 cm, dehnt sich bis zu 26cm (72 M)

Die Fußlänge kann individuell angepasst werden
