Sorcha Cowl
The Sorcha Cowl is a vibrant and cosy crochet accessory that will add a pop of colour to any outfit. It’s made using the brioche crochet technique, which gives it a unique and sumptuous ribbed texture on the outside and an astonishingly smooth feel on the inside - perfect for a cowl!
The Sorcha Cowl is made with DK yarn and is great for using up any leftover scraps you may have lying around, making Sorcha an excellent project for stash-busting.
I used the following yarn:
Hobbii Highland Wool (DK; 175m / 50g ball; 100% Peruvian Highland Wool):
A: 1 ball of Night Sky (11)
B: 1 ball of Wild Berry (35)
C: 1 ball of Wintergreen (20)
D: 1 ball of Chili (32)
You could swap this for another DK yarn or use more/fewer colours if you prefer.
The cowl comes in a single size which would fit an older child or adult:
Height: 20 cm
Circumference: 57 cm
However, the pattern contains instructions for adjusting the size (both height and circumference) if you would like to do so.
The pattern contains full written instructions and is provided in both US and UK crochet terms.
Crochet level: intermediate.
