Soul Flower Bag
Are you in the mood for a groovy reversible purse too?! The Soul Flower Bag is a great transition bag from season to season. Use a chunky wool for those cozy vibes or try out a cotton or macrame cord for those summer months. The Soul Flower is my current go-to project bag, yarn shopping and even cute for a night out on the town. The color combos are endless and this is a vintage vibe here to stay!

Notes + Tips
- Adventurous Beginner / Intermediate
- Steam or wet blocking is required for shaping.
- Meeting gauge is not as important as achieving an even, closed fabric (not a lot of holes). Feel free to change your hook size to match your yarn and personal tension, just know that it may change the size of the bag as well as the yarn amount used.
- Feel free to test out other yarn sizes! Want a mini Soul Flower bag? Make it with Worsted or DK. What an even larger, chunkier version? Make it with Super Bulky yarn.
- Don’t be afraid to play with color! Use two tones of yellow to create a lemon slice. Use scraps and change colors after each row in the flower to make a rainbow flower. The color options are truly endless!
