“Soulmates”
This cowl has been designed for my monthly Outlander inspired release.
The inspiration given this month was one to celebrate the love and bond between Jamie and Claire.
The cowl is constructed in two pieces and then twisted and joined together to represent the infinity of love and the joining of two souls with given rings.
I have chosen the colours to represent steel grey for Jamie’s sword and the berries as representation of Claire’s ability to heal with plants.
It’s a piece made with thick yarn and large needles, providing a quick make and using just knit and purl stitches its open to a beginner.
As the photos show it can be worn in a number of ways and is a unisex design.
