Have you ever thought about how knitting helps you remember? Like when you sit one day knitting, and you have this line of thoughts, and then you get cut off, and go do something else… The moment you pick up your knitting again, your thoughts are right back where you left of.

At the same time, according to newer research, knitting has the same effect upon your mind and body as meditation does. Of course, all experienced knitters knew this already ;-)

That’s how the Soulsearcher got its name.

Gauge isn’t really important for this shawl, but using the suggested needle size, and yarn (or similar) is reccomended to obtain the size. Finished and blocked it should be close to 208x65 cm.

The garment is worked from the side, and creates an assymetric shape, like a slim shawl, or even hybrid between a shawl and a scarf. This makes for multiple ways of wearing, and it just fit beautifully every time.
