Sound Mind Socks come from one of my favorite worship songs. These are peaceful to work up and I knit these mostly during church since it’s a simple enough pattern to memorize but still mindless enough that I can pay attention to the sermon.

8 stitches = 1” in stockinette stitch

What you need
394 Yards/100 grams fingering weight sock yarn
74 yards/20 grams fingering weight sock yarn contrasting color
Size 1 (2.25mm) knitting needles
Stitch markers
Tapestry Needle
