I originally knit Sourpuss for my daughter and she has a lot of hair and loves to wear big headbands so she needed a hat that left plenty of space for all that. So note that the sizes are large.

These hats are knit in the round from the top down using a figure eight cast on. They are knit in one piece ending with the ear flaps. They come in two sizes.

Finished measurements:
circumference is approx 58 (68)cm /22 ¾ (26 ¾) inches and length from top to beginning of ear flaps is approx 19(21) cm / 7 ½ (8 ¼) inches .

Upprunalega prjónaði ég Sourpuss fyrir dóttur mína sem er með þykkt og mikið hár. Hún notar einnig mjög mikið af hárspöngum með stórum blómum og öðru skrauti. Það varð að vera pláss fyrir allt þetta undir húfunni, því eru stærðirnar í stærri kantinum.
