Every good road trip needs a fun cast on. This one is an easy win, knit in the round without the need for bringing along double pointed needles to shape the crown. No fuss, no muss!

For this project you will need a 40 cm circular needle in size 4mm (US6 on 16” circular). The yarn used for this beanie gives you a few options. You can either use 100g of 8ply/ DK weight wool + 25g of 2 ply mohair/silk or 100g 10ply/Aran weight wool

You will be holding one strand of each together while knitting this beanie if you go for the wool/mohair combo.
