The Southern Lights top is worked in linen
stitch in at least 2 yarn colors to accomplish a
fading effect. The light fabric is fun and quick
to crochet, also the best project for a faded
yarn set. The slightly balloon shaped sleeve
together with slanted neckline makes this a
showstopper.

This top is worked top down seamlessly. First
the yoke is worked flat while shaping the
slanted neckline. The body is worked in the
round after joining the back and front yokes.
Lastly, the yarn is attached to the armhole and
the sleeve is worked in the round.

Project level: easy.
