Southwest Amulet Bag
by Susan Lowman
This amulet bag measures approx 2 3/4” wide x 3 1/2” long plus a 1” fringe. It is made with New Ecru and Ocean crochet thread. It uses size 8/0 glass beads in Matte Cadet Blue, Matte Confetti Amethyst and Victorian Gold as well as small bugle beads in Victorian Gold by Mill Hill. It has a 1/2” diameter button, Mohican, by JHB. It is worked in seed stitch with bead sc stitches to form the southwest design on the front and flap. Beads are worked into the necklace and beaded fringe is added to the bottom of the bag.
