Spaghetti with double Fibonacci
Spaghetti with double Fibonacci is an original, beautiful and easy to make shawlette. The border looks a bit like three-color spaghetti noodles and the stripes on the body of the shawlette are composed into two beginnings of Fibbonacci’s sequence. This pattern is suitable for lower intermediate or even beginner knitters. The remaining part of the shawlette is nothing more than knit stitches. Pattern is very easy to learn by heart after three repetitions you won’t have to use it at all. The most difficult part in this is „wrap&turn”, but it’s an excelent way to start the adventure with this technique. The pattern contains 8 main parts: „Beginning in color”, „Beginning in stripes”, „Increasing in color”, „Increasing in stripes”, „Decreasing in color”, „Decreasing in stripes” „Ending in color” and „Ending in stripes” thereby it’s easy to change the size of the shawlette and compose your own stripes or version without them (the body of the shawlette is in one color then).
You can choose one of different designs
- Double Fibonacci stripes (as picture shows)
- One color (the body of the shawlette is in one color, the border is in three colors)
- Entire shawlette in equal three-color stripes Or compose your own version. All designs are two-sided but the sides (except from version in one color) won’t be exactly the same. Each stitch is described with a link to youtube video tutorial, for easier reference. The pattern contains clear row-by-row description for each of three versions.
