This is a 10 page pdf file with instructions to make these warm and colorful boot cuffs in 4 different color combinations in medium weight (worsted) yarn: pink-teal, gray-pink, pumpkin-brown, and Christmas red-green. A color chart is included for all the combinations shown above.

The instructions include a photo tutorial on how to make the Spike Cluster stitches. Here is a video recommended to me (and it’s very good) on how to make the Spike Cluster stitch:
How to Crochet: Spike Cluster Stitch (SPC)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdnG6YMASpA

There is also a tutorial on how to make the Foundation sc (Fsc) stitch that is used to begin the pattern. The Fsc stitch is used because it stretches more than just a plain foundation chain so it’s a good skill to know. Some customers have found this video helpful as well:
Foundation Single Crochet (fsc) Tutorial

And finally the instructions include photo tutorials on how to make the ribbing stitches using FPdc (front post dc) and FPsc (front post sc).

Skill Level: Advanced (If you watch the Spike Cluster video and feel you can do this stitch then you should be able to complete this project.)

Dimensions (unstretched):
(All lengths are 6 1/4 inches - there are notes for length adjustment and also how to calculate widths. for more sizes.) The small size should fit a large child size.

Small (Petite): 11 1/4 “ circumference
Medium: 13” circumference
Large: is 14 3/4 “ circumference
Plus: 15 1/2 “ circumference
