This is an 8 page pdf file with instructions to make this warm and colorful headband in 4 different color combinations in medium weight (worsted) yarn: pink-teal, gray-pink, pumpkin-brown, and Christmas red-green. A color chart is included for all the combinations shown above, but this is also a great project to use up some of your yarn stash. There are three sizes (large child, small adult and large adult.

The instructions include a photo tutorial on how to make the Spike Cluster stitches. Here is a video recommended to me (and it’s very good) on how to make the Spike Cluster stitch:

Skill Level: Advanced (If you watch the Spike Cluster video and feel you can do this stitch then you should be able to complete this project.)

Dimensions: (Un-stretched):

Large child: 16 3/4 inches by 3 1/4 inches

Adult Large: 21 3/4 inches by 3 1/4 inches
