Spark –a brilliant idea as it flashes across your mind – grab it and make it glow. Ignite Spark stitches on the hat’s brim in an easy to work garter and slip stitch pattern. Do your ideas spark easier with warm ears and playful tails? Add the optional earflaps with the I-cord tails and loop tassels. Finish with a pompom (or not) and you are ready to let the Sparks fly. The hat is designed for chunky weight yarn in 6 sizes. The pattern has both written and charted instructions.

Materials
Chunky weight yarn in 1 or 2 shades.
Classic Beanie style without Earflaps and pompom: 60 (80, 100, 110, 120, 140) yards / 55 (75, 90, 100, 110, 130) meters
