The skein of yarn I used has 655 yds… I used less than half for one placemat, but I’m not sure how much, exactly. Sorry.

This pattern also requires beads that will fit on your worsted weight yarn.

** ALSO… if you do not work seed stitch as tightly as you do stockinette, it may be worth it for you to use a somewhat smaller needle for the first 6 rows of seed stitch and the last 6 rows, so that it doesn’t end up off gauge enough that it doesn’t sit properly.
