Celebrate a safe happy new year with a wand sparkler! I was inspired by the Christmas garland! :-) This wand has a Christmas garland pom pom and pipe cleaner stuffing to make a fun little wand or sparkler!

The pattern is written in American English. There are pictures and it is super easy to work up! Any yarn will work for this pattern - use up a little of the extra worsted weight you have left over from the last project!
