Imagine crystals sparkling in the sunshine. The knit/purl
texture pattern for these socks creates the illusion of tiny
crystals. They are the perfect showcase for Static yarn,
as the varying color stripes mimic sparkling crystals on
a lovely sunny day.

Sparkling Crystals Socks are worked top down with an
easy-to-memorize texture pattern. They have a slipped
stitch heel flap and a twisted ribbed gusset. The sole is
knit in Stockinette Stitch.

Leg length is adjustable. For a shorter or longer leg, adjust
number of pattern repeats, but end on the round number
specified in the directions.

A smaller needle size is used for cuff, heel, and toe. This
gives more strength to heel and toe, and a bit tighter cuff
to help socks stay in place around the leg.

Instructions are given for Magic Loop or the two circular
needle technique, but can be easily adjusted to DPNs by
dividing stitches on each needle between two DPNs.

All rounds begin with front of leg/instep (Needle 1),
followed by back of leg/gusset/sole (Needle 2).

Charts are worked in the round; read each chart row from
right to left as a RS row.
