Sparkling Stole
The pattern uses 3 needle sizes which are larger needles than usual for these yarns making for an airy feel to the knitting.
“Ritratto” is a DK yarn which knits to 22sts to 10cm on No 6 (5mm) needles.
I think this would work out well using Rowan Kidsilk Haze (or Night or Splash), or in Rowan Damask, which has a slightly shiny silk thread running through the yarn.
However these yarns have a quite fine core, with their texture providing the bulk to get the DK gauge. If you are not using a speciality yarn of this type, I would recommend looking at a finer gauge yarn that a conventional DK.
