The stitches you need to know are:
sc: single crochet
hdc: half double crochet
dc: double crochet
pc: picot

The pattern also includes magic circle, but there are instructions on how to do the pattern without them, using only the stitches above.

Measurements: 2.5 x 2.25 in aprox
Materials: 7.5 yards of yarn (4.5 red 3.5 green), G Hook, embroidery thread, needles and beads if you like.
