This pattern was inspired by the sparrows in our next bigger city. They sit on the ground, enjoy the sun, dig themselve into the ground with their wings. That’s so cute… and makes me smile every time I see it…

The pattern goes over 12 stitches. And the peerie pattern consists also of even smaller sparrows.
