This year’s patterns for the Year of Dishcloths are inspired by my favourite sweet treats and I can’t think of a better way to start than with one of my childhood favourites. Speculaas is a traditional Dutch cookie (think gingerbread but spicier!) that you may know as “windmill cookies”. I hope you’ll enjoy knitting this dishcloth with amazing texture!
