Spiced Cider Set, hat and cowl
The hat features a gorgeous color blaze brim which adds a second layer of warmth. Fold the brim up to cover your ears and protect them from the cold fall winds. Pair with the button up scarf/cowl to complete the warm set. Instructions are provided for both a scarf or a button-up cowl (shown).
SKILL LEVEL: Easy
GAUGE: Gauge is very important for proper sizing of the hat. Please take the time to check for proper gauge and adjust yarn or hook size as necessary.
Hat Gauge: 14 hdc and 13 rows = 4” worked in the round with smaller hook. If you cannot get row gauge, add or remove rounds to stated finished size length. Stitch gauge should not be adjusted.
Brim Gauge: 9½ pattern repeats and 18 rows = 4”
Cowl Gauge: 8 pattern repeats and 17 rows = 4” with larger hook.
SIZING: Scarf/Cowl: 6¾” wide by 50” long
