This Spiderweb Hexagon can be used for lots of things. Think cute pillowcases, baby blankets and stool covers!
It’s a fun and quick make with lots of texture and colorplay.
This is an intermediate crochet pattern, you’ll use the following stitches:
- Ch chain
- Ch sp chain space
- Sc single crochet
- St stitch
- Beg.Hdc beginning hdc: a sc followed by a ch
- Hdc half double crochet
- Slst slip stitch
- Bphdc back post half double crochet
- Bpdc back post double crochet
You can use any yarn ! In this pattern I used scheepjes Stonewashed XL, but you can use any hook and yarn you want. To make it lay flat, I suggest you go up half a hooksize, or even a whole, see which you like best. If you’re a tight crocheter, bigger is better. It’s a great scrap yarn buster!
