I had no idea when I started this hat how much I would enjoy it and how quick it is! The color combinations just kept popping into my head. I couldn’t stop! This is a tremendous scrap buster! Luckily, each hat only took a couple of hours.

The instructions are the same for every hat, the only difference is where you do your color changes. (This hat is perfect for a pom-pom, but I am just not a pom-pom maker!)

My finished hat is 10” wide and 8” tall. It will fit a Medium/Large adult. You can adjust the stitch count to make a smaller hat.

Skill Level: Advanced

Gauge: 12 stitches and 17 rows in 4” square (single crochet)

• 87g of #4 medium weight yarn plus pom pom if you want.
• 5mm hook
• 5.75mm hook
• stitch marker
• blunt sewing needle
