Don’t be afraid to spill the tea at your next gathering! A humble homage to drag culture, this Spill the Tea Towel is knit flat from the bottom up in 100% cotton and features little crown and little fountain lace stitches bordering a stockinette center with SPILL THE TEA in block text. An optional i-cord loop offers additional functionality.

Gauge/needle size isn’t essential with this piece unless you’re knitting to achieve a specific finished size (some guidance on this is provided in the pattern). A tighter gauge makes the text pop, and a looser gauge makes a lovely drape. Feel free to play with what fits your preference.
