Gauge: 25 sts/38 rows = 4”/10 cm in stockinette stitch on smaller needle after blocking. To save time, check gauge.

Construction: These mitts are knit flat, then seamed at the side, with an opening left for the thumb. The first and last sts on each row are selvedge sts that are consumed during seaming. At the thumb opening, they roll inward, creating a smooth edge.
