Spino Dino Mitts
by Carol Hood
These have been designed for my dinosaur mad son who wanted something different from your usual t-rex. He also wanted to be able to have a Spinosaurus stand-off so these mitts are mirror imaged so the dinos can face each other.
The techniques used are knitting in the round using a circular needle, stranded colour work, increase and decreasing and kitchener stitch for closing the top of the glove.
Ideal size for 6-8 year old. Circ. 16cm, Hand length 13.5 cm, mitt length including cuff 21 cm.
The pattern also uses charts for both mitts.
