These swirly Hearts aren’t just for Valentines Day! Add them to your favorite projects to remind the recipient the piece was made with love. Or add a pinback and make it wearable. They are adorable on baby hats & headbands!

This heart features a lovely smooth firm edge which holds it shape well and has a nice symmetrical point.

Three versions of the pattern are included, both right handed and left handed photo tutorials (each 4 pages, 2.8MB with 23 photos which can be zoomed up to at least 1000%) and a text only version with numbered steps matching the tutorials.

Everything from size 30 crochet thread to worsted yarn can be used, below are approximate sizes.

· Size 30 - 1.25mm hook - 0.85” diameter
· Size 20 - 1.5mm hook - 1.0” diameter
· Size 10 - 1.75mm hook - 1.25” diameter
· Sport - 2” diameter
· Worsted - 3.5” diameter

Materials:
· Thread/yarn & appropriately sized hook.
· Recommended: Size 10 DMC Cebelia Crochet Thread and 1.75mm hook.
· Stitch markers if using yarn, scraps of thread if using thread.

Skill level: intermediate. You need the following skills:
· magic ring
· chain
· slip stitch
· single crochet
· half double crochet
· double crochet
· triple crochet
· half double triple
· double triple crochet
· identifying loops including FLO & BLO
· controlling tension
· accuracy in following instructions
