This pattern is only for one size (4 feet by 1.5 feet) but you can easily make it larger or smaller by changing your gauge. However, the larger you go, the more loose the piece will get.

This pattern includes a full chart as some parts can be a lot to read. That being said, once you figure it out, the shawl is actually rather fun and easy to make.
